The AI Voice Assistant That Was Missing

We built the first intelligent AI phone assistant, designed
for those who want to stay connected and for those who care for others.

Who We Are

Koecall.ai is created by the Mountain.ai Business Unit of Galaxy TS, an Italian company specializing in software development since 2006.

Based in northern Italy, in Trentino among the Dolomites, with over 19 years of experience in digital transformation, we combined the expertise of our development team to create something that didn't exist yet: an AI voice assistant accessible by phone, capable of natural conversation and adapting to each person's needs.

Our Vision

When we started designing Koecall, we realized that no one had yet created a true AI assistant reachable with a simple phone call. No app to install, no complex setup: just pick up the phone and talk. It was a fascinating technical challenge and a real opportunity to change people's lives.

We designed the platform to manage multiple people simultaneously, with multiple caregivers and managers who can collaborate in caring for the same person. This multi-user architecture allowed us to address a real and urgent need: assisting the fragile and elderly population that requires daily attention, giving caregivers the tools to do it effectively and with peace of mind.

AI Via Phone

An intelligent voice assistant accessible with a simple phone call. No app, no technological barriers: just a natural conversation.

Multi-Caregiver Management

Multiple people can collaborate in caring for the same person, with customized roles, permissions, and notifications for each caregiver.

Care for Fragile People

The platform was built to address the real need for daily companionship and care, bringing technology to serve those who need it most.

Why Koecall?

Because we believe technological innovation should solve real problems. Koecall was born from the desire to create something that didn't exist: a voice bridge between people and Artificial Intelligence, accessible to everyone. And from the ability to manage multiple care recipients with multiple caregivers, the opportunity to care for the most fragile members of our society naturally emerged.
